Visiting this website, reading an article, completing a quiz, submitting an intake form, or creating an account does not create a provider-patient relationship. A relationship is established only when an appropriately licensed professional accepts you for care and completes the evaluation required for the requested service.

All medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider following a clinical evaluation. Not all patients will qualify for all treatments.

A requested medication is never guaranteed. Your provider may decline, delay, change, or discontinue treatment based on your history, current medications, examination, laboratory information, contraindications, response to therapy, or applicable law.

Use medications only as directed by your prescriber and the dispensing label. Do not change a dose, combine therapies, or share prescription medication without direction from your treating provider.

Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not verify their safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.

Some prescriptions facilitated through CULTR Health may be filled with a compounded medication when the treating provider determines it is clinically appropriate and legally available. A compounded drug is not an FDA-approved generic and should not be assumed to be the same as an FDA-approved product.

Compounding can serve an important patient need in some circumstances, but it can also involve risks that differ from those of FDA-approved drugs. Ask your provider which product is being prescribed, why it was selected, what alternatives are available, how to administer and store it, and what side effects require medical attention.

CULTR Health does not offer telehealth consultations or clinical services to patients outside Florida at this time. Medication shipment is available only to eligible Florida patients after a provider evaluation and valid prescription.
